In order to define the best performance of Phone.nl company, 7 alternatives have been analyzed, which are based on the demand of the different types of products manufactured. The seven alternatives are:

• Alternative 1: Gentleman, King and Emperor Phone types are settled in the market.
• Alternative 2: Gentleman and King Phone types are settled in the market.
• Alternative 3: Gentleman and Emperor Phone types are settled in the market.
• Alternative 4: King, and Emperor Phone types are settled in the market.
• Alternative 5: Gentleman Phone type is settled in the market.
• Alternative 6: King Phone type is settled in the market.
• Alternative 7: Emperor Phone type is settled in the market.

For each alternative the following are to be checked:

• Stock control
• Identify the best resources combination (staff workers)
• Check time delivery ending the analysis with the financial plan for each alternative.

In the end the profit is calculated for each alternative and all the alternatives are compared.
